In 1995, at the age of 18, I found my way to Chico via the back seat of my parents 1980 ford fairmont in search of a higher education. After attending Butte, our wonderful city college, for two years I decided to throw caution into the wind and join our mainstream educational platform, with a full academic schedule at Chico State University. Three exciting and educational years passed upon which time I combed the halls and classrooms until finally emerging with my B.A in English topped with a teaching credential for intermediate and high school classrooms. However, it was that following winter that my path of education would come to a sudden halt and my new and ever growing profession in Real Estate would begin. It was mainly due to an abundance of English teachers in Chico and not enough jobs to accommodate us at the time, that I decided to step into the world of financing real estate as a Mortgage Advisor. From 2003 until 2009 I worked for a few different lending institutions from which I developed an astute understanding of our forever evolving financial world. In August of 2009 with a shift in the Real Estate world that was undeniably positive I decided that it was my time to step away from the lending side of the real estate industry and start negotiating on the front lines. Which in turn, has led me to the present where I am now enjoying my immensely rewarding profession of advising, negotiating, and facilitating for my clients as their Chico Area Realtor. I currently reside in downtown Chico beneath our cities vast and beautiful Sycamore trees with my wife Sara and our two sons, Luca and Rocco.
